About Melanie

For over 15 years, I've specialised in helping women come home to their bodies through strength training and nervous system recalibration.

Not because I studied it first—because I lived it.

I know what it's like to achieve everything you set out to create while hating your body. To feel like your body betrayed you. To be successful on the outside while feeling completely disconnected from yourself on the inside.

That lived experience led me to train extensively in nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, trauma healing, and integrative women's health. Not to collect certifications, but to understand how women can learn to love and trust their bodies again at the cellular level.

Today, I bring 15+ years of study and practice into a single container: personalised, precise nervous system work that helps high-achieving women come home to their bodies.
